do you know what is the Recount Text?  if you don't know yet, read my blog until it's finished owkayy <3 

𝒹𝑒𝒻𝒾𝓃𝒾𝓉𝒾𝑜𝓃 : 

Recount text is a text that telling the reader about one story, action or activity. Its goal is to entertaining or informing the reader. Recount is a text wich retells event or experiences in the past.

𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘥𝘴 𝘰𝘧 𝘳𝘦𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘵 𝘵𝘦𝘹𝘵 

• Personal Recount Text

Personal recount is a recount text that tells the event in term of the author's personal experience. In the form of this personal recount, we can find it in someone's diary or daily notes, or a biography.

• Factual Recount Text

Factual recount is a description of real events. This can take the form of a report of actual events such as police reports, reports of scientific experiments, records of historical events, and reviews of reports that occurred as cultural events.

• Imaginative Recount Text

Imaginative recount is a recount text that describes the event but is more due to the author's imagination. He made imaginative plays and then wrote down the events that occurred

𝓰𝓮𝓷𝓮𝓻𝓲𝓬 𝓼𝓽𝓻𝓾𝓬𝓽𝓾𝓻𝓮 :

💢 Orientation : 

Introducing the participants, place and time

A brief overview of the what who, where and when. From the beginning of the paragraph the reader can guess the entire content of the text.

💢 Series of Events : 

This stage is the essence of a recount text. At this stage, the writer describes the events experienced in the past chronologically.

Unlike conflicting narrative texts, recounts are flatter and do not contain much drama.

💢 Reorientation : 

It is optional. Stating personal comment of the writer to the story

Although it is optional, the last phase of the recount text is very important because it determines what the reader will capture. Readers can agree or even reject the author's impression of a series of events.

𝓛𝓪𝓷𝓰𝓾𝓪𝓰𝓮 𝓕𝓮𝓪𝓽𝓾𝓻𝓮 𝓸𝓯 𝓡𝓮𝓬𝓸𝓾𝓷𝓽 𝓣𝓮𝔁𝓽 : 

Just like the structure, language features in each type of text also tend to be different but only dominate

💥 Introducing the personal participants; Me, my group, etc.

Frequently, texts are repeated using first and third person as point of view. Recount text usually uses a personal pronoun as the perpetrator of the event

💥Using chronological connections; then, first, etc.

Because it serves to retell events in the lamapau masala, the order of these events is the main concern of the recount text. To make this happen, it is assisted by various kinds of English which have the meaning of the order or the order occurs

💥Using the verb to connect; is, being, seeing, hearing, etc.

It is little wonder at the beginning of our understanding that the recoutn text had to use a lot of conjunctive verbs. But if we understand the concept of using the participant's personal concept mentioned above, then we will know how important the linking function is in all examples of text texts.

💥Using an action verb; look, go, change, etc.

Almost all kinds of stories use action verbs. It is used to give control to the activities and events carried out by the actors of the story

💥Using the simple past tense

This is the language's most powerful feature in recount form texts and other narrative groups. The use of the past tense is a necessity as well as the logic in thinking that if the event happened in the past, you must also use the grammatical features that support the explanation. Being funny is about experiences but delivered with a tense future.

So guys, I think all of my explanations are enough, I've explained it from the recount definition to the language feature, and here I also want to share recount text about my experience of met my idol, Jefri Nichol. 

𝕞𝕪 𝕖𝕩𝕡𝕖𝕣𝕚𝕖𝕟𝕔𝕖 𝕠𝕗 𝕞𝕖𝕥 𝕞𝕪 𝕚𝕕𝕠𝕝, 𝕁𝕖𝕗𝕣𝕚 ℕ𝕚𝕔𝕙𝕠𝕝

Last February in 2019, there was a seminar that invited Jefri Nichol as a resource. I came there with my best friend. It was held at the Indonesian Foreign Ministry. 

Before entering Indonesian Foreign Ministry, we took ourselves to lunch. After eating , we went straight to the registration. The ticket price for the seminar was only 50.000, including souvenirs, then we entered and it turned out that the room was very luxurious. We waited for Jefri Nichol long enough. After waited for a long time, finally the source came and there is also Chelsea Islan, they are both very charming. I was very happy because it's the first time i met my idol, Jefri Nichol. After the seminar was over we all took a photo together.

Finally , the seminar was finally finished. I saw there are many who ask for a photo with him. Then, i went back to my home with feeling happy because i can see my idol.

So in conclusion, recount text is a type of text that tells about past experiences, recount text also has a structure and language features that can support the creation of the text.
